So it's a natural body mechanism.
So you're going to kind of be working withthat and making sure also that your bones are protected and that they're dense, richwith their minerals and fatty acids that they need.
Ways to lose weight when you're overfifty are to really work on balancing your hormones to make sure you don't have too muchestrogen.
So the best way to do that is to reduce your sugars and includes foods in yourdiet that help to relieve excess negative estrogen.
Foods like broccoli, cauliflower,kale and brussels sprouts.
